RhodeCode Control 1.4.0 Released

For those of our users, who manage RhodeCode installation in an enterprise environment, we are glad to announce RhodeCode Control 1.4.0. It handles the installation and simplifies the management of RhodeCode Enterprise and, as of today, the new release is available.

If you are using RhodeCode Enterprise, it is time to upgrade to the latest version of RhodeCode Control!

The release brings a number of improvements, including:

  • better handling of operations performed in an offline environment,
  • improved documentation regarding offline upgrades,
  • numerous bug-fixes and improvements.

Type rccontrol self-update on the command line. Your RhodeCode Control will be automatically upgraded to the latest version. Alternatively, visit download portal to get the latest version.

About RhodeCode Control

RhodeCode Control handles the installation and management of RhodeCode Enterprise. To install RhodeCode Enterprise you must first install RhodeCode Control. Once installed RhodeCode Control enables users to manage the following RhodeCode Enterprise functions:

  • Configuring server and port settings
  • Installing and managing RhodeCode Enterprise and VCS Server instances
  • Managing the RhodeCode Enterprise database connection
  • Managing the environment and dependencies
  • Creating the Super-Admin user
