Hi All,
We are pleased to announce an important update regarding our support process.
In our continued efforts to enhance service quality, we evolve our approach to provide expedited and efficient support for RhodeCode Enterprise and Community users.

From now on, EE users are encouraged to submit their support inquiries through the Support portal on Zendesk. This adjustment aims to significantly reduce response times, ensuring swift resolution of any issues encountered. You can also use email support@rhodecode.com and slack as additional support channels.

Similarly, CE users are invited to leverage our Community platform for support. This forum is designed to facilitate sharing concerns and obtaining timely assistance directly from our team and fellow users. As an additional support channel you can use slack.

Should you require assistance with RhodeCode, we welcome your questions and requests via the appropriate channels:

  • For RhodeCode Enterprise, please use Zendesk as the primary channel.
  • For RhodeCode Community, engage with us through our Community platform as the primary channel.
